I did not receive a confirmation email
Please check your junk and spam folders as at times emails can automatically be sent here. If you still do not see your confirmation email and/or tickets please follow this link to access your booking:
If you would like to check the status of or keep track of your booking you can do so by clicking the 'Buy Tickets' tab on the Madame Tussauds website. When directed to our various ticket options please select the 'Buy Now' tab on the Standard Ticket option, in the left hand corner of the page you are directed to is a small 'Menu' tab please select 'Order Lookup' and enter the email address and phone number you provided within the booking process and click search you will be presented with your booking details.
If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please bring with you your booking confirmation number that appeared on the final booking screen.
If you have lost your booking confirmation number don't worry. Just go to the "TIMED TICKET ENTRY" entrance with the credit card you booked with.
Please note, to help eliminate fraud: for all Online bookings, please make sure you bring the credit card you paid with along with you. If somebody else paid, please bring a signed letter from the card holder.
How do 2 for 1 promotional tickets work?
Please check the promotion's terms and conditions carefully prior to your visit and ensure you bring a valid voucher on the day of your visit. If you have a 2-for-1 voucher you must enter through the door signposted 'Promotional vouchers'. All redeemable vouchers must be printed and exchanged at entry with a cashier. (For these offers we do not accept screenshots, emails on phone etc.). These promotions are only valid with tickets purchased on the day and not tickets booked in advance or online.
Ticket promotions that give you a free ticket with the purchase of an adult ticket are always based on the full price adult entrance ticket. This discount applies when a full priced ticket is purchased, which is £34 per Adult and £29.50 per Child.
If I visit for last admission, how long will I have in the attraction?
All guests who enter before our doors close still have plenty of time to look around the whole attraction. Both the Spirit of London ride and our Marvel 4D Experience will remain open for guests.
Will I have to queue to get in to Madame Tussauds?
Madame Tussauds London is world famous and extremely popular, so we advise all guests to pre-book their tickets to guarantee entry. Holding a pre-booked ticket means you will have the shortest waiting time, getting you to the stars as quickly as possible!
At peak times queues can form however be assured at as a pre-booked ticket holder we will do everything we can to keep your wait to a minimum.
How does a combined Madame Tussauds ticket with another attraction work?
If you purchase a combined Madame Tussauds ticket with another attraction from Madame Tussauds, the time of your entry is for Madame Tussauds. On arrival you will be given your ticket for the other attraction which you can use before the 'valid until' date which is 90 days from the date of visit to Madame Tussauds.

Can I take food and drink into Madame Tussauds?
Yes, it is permitted for guests to bring food and drink in the attraction. Please note, we do not allow guest to consume alcohol within the attraction (outside our privately run events).
Where can I buy food and drink in Madame Tussauds?
What’s the nearest tube station?
The nearest tube station is Baker Street. You can get to Baker Street by Jubilee, Bakerloo, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines.
Are there any drop-off points close by to Madame Tussauds?
There is a coach drop-off and pick up point on Marylebone Road, in front of Madame Tussauds and the nearest coach park is in Regents Park. There are also several nearby car parks.
Where’s the nearest car park?
Please note: Security checks will be carried out for all guests prior to entry. This necessary action may cause a slight delay, however we hope you understand the safety of our guests is our main priority.
How long can I normally expect a visit to last?
It takes around 1.5 to 2 hours to complete a visit of Madame Tussauds, including the Marvel Super Heroes 4D movie and Star Wars experience.
Is there anywhere to leave bags?
Bags may be kept in our left luggage area, for a small fee, whilst you look around the attraction. Child buggies and pushchairs must be left at the entrance, and can be collected on exit, free of charge.
We suggest not bringing any valuables into the attraction; if you do not need them, do not bring them. If you must, please keep them in a safe place.
Can I take a pet in to Madame Tussauds?
No animals or pets are permitted into Madame Tussauds. However, we do permit seeing-eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing-ear dogs.
Can I take a pushchair or buggy around Madame Tussauds?
Families with young children are advised that baby buggies are not allowed in Madame Tussauds. Therefore you will be advised to leave your buggy at our pushchair drop off point.
Am I allowed to touch the figures?
How long does The Spirit of London take?
The Spirit of London ride lasts for approximately five minutes.
Is the Spirit of London suitable for very young children?
Yes, however individuals under 0.9m must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Is there a minimum height restriction on The Spirit of London?
Can I bring a camera?
Cameras are allowed in all areas of Madame Tussauds apart from the Spirit of London ride. Tripods are not allowed inside the building, and will be held by security for the duration of your visit. If you are a camera crew and you require to film in our premises please contact our press office for further information (0207 487 0200).
Are there official Madame Tussauds Photographers?
Yes. There are photograph opportunities throughout Madame Tussauds to ensure you take home an everlasting memory with your favourite celebrity. Photograph collection points are located throughout the attraction.
Can I buy photographs at Madame Tussauds?
Can I bring a guide dog to Madame Tussauds?
We do permit seeing eye dogs, guide dogs and hearing dogs.
Do you offer special rates for disabled guests?
If you purchase a standard ticket from our website or from any other company you will be issued with an extra free ticket for your career when you arrive and produce any of the below documentation.
• Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or Personal Independent payments for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book
• Attendance Allowance or Carer's Allowance letter of award
• Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded
• A Blue or Orange badge, or
• In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI).
Our trained staff will ensure that guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within our building by means of a lift specially designated for this purpose. For safety reasons we can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time and it is strongly advised that you pre-book in advance. Our Customer Call Centre on 0871 894 3000* will be pleased to book you into a time slot.
On our website and our credit card booking line 0871 894 3000* we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. Please note that we do not accept Solo or Electron.

Can I pay by cheque?
We do accept company and UK school cheques made payable to "Madame Tussauds" for advanced bookings only.
Do you accept the Euro?
We accept the Euro (notes only) within admissions if purchasing a ticket and in the gift shop.
Do you accept US Dollars?
I regularly bring groups to Madame Tussauds, do you offer any further discounts?

Are you able to offer charity donations or raffle prizes?
Because we receive so many requests for donations to school fetes and fundraising events, we have to limit the number of free tickets we give out. As part of Merlin Entertainments, Madame Tussauds only supports charities through Merlin’s Magic Wand Children’s Charity. To this end we are unable to donate tickets direct to schools and organisations.

What is the Star Wars Experience?
Star Wars at Madame Tussauds is a unique, immersive experience featuring 17 of the most famous heroes and villains in scenes from some of the most iconic moments featured in the Star Wars universe.
Where is it located?
Within the existing Madame Tussauds building on Marylebone Road.
Has the experience replaced something?
No. This is all new additional attraction space.
Can I skip the rest of Madame Tussauds and only visit The Star Wars Experience?
No. You must pass the existing areas of the attraction; The Star Wars Experience is the last part of the attraction, located after the Marvel 4D movie.
Can I take pictures?
Certainly! However at very busy times you may be restricted to a maximum time with each character/scene.
Can I come in costume?
Of course! Although costumes must be free of loose, hanging or dangling items that may pose a health and safety risk, costumes must not be offensive and masks, head coverings that restrict visibility are not permitted.
How do I buy a Star Wars ticket?
Tickets purchased direct from Madame Tussauds (online or at the Box office) include entrance to The Star Wars(TM) Experience.
Can I buy a ticket only for The Star Wars Experience?
No. The Star Wars Experience is included with the 14 other interactive Madame Tussauds areas.
I have a Merlin Annual Pass!
Good choice! At busy times (weekends, school holidays) pass holders will need to visit the Box Office first to book a visit time, this will ultimately reduce your time queuing. Star Wars is included with all passes. Usual pass terms and exclusions apply.
I purchased a ticket from another Merlin website (London Eye, SEA-LIFE London Aquarium, London Dungeon, Shrek's Adventure) is The Star Wars Experience included?
No. however you can purchase an upgrade ticket at Madame Tussauds for £3 per person. Tickets purchased from madametussauds.com and via the telephone do include The Star Wars Experience.
I bought my ticket from a 3rd party (365 tickets etc) does this include The Star Wars Experience?
Not unless your ticket specifically states that it includes Star Wars, otherwise an upgrade can be purchased at Madame Tussauds.
I have a Blue Peter Badge, is entry included?
No. Optional entry can be purchased at Madame Tussauds for £3 per person.
I'd like to use a TESCO Clubcard/Nectar voucher is entry included?
As Clubcard vouchers are discounted entry is not included. Optional entry can be purchased at Madame Tussauds for £3 per person.
Is the Star Wars experience accessible?
Yes, via lifts.
Can I bring my pushchair?
Pushchairs must be checked into our cloakroom on arrival. Pushchairs are not allowed within the attraction due to trip risks.
