Attraction Entrance

Standard Entrance

All guests must have a valid ticket and a designated time slot to enter the attraction. We ask that you arrive at the time of your booking to minimise waiting time and get everyone into the attraction quicker. When you arrive, simply show one of our team members your ticket so it can be scanned and then you are good to go.

Be sure to book your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment!

Fast Track Entrance

If you have a Fast Track Ticket, simply walk to the Fast Track entrance at the time you have booked and show it to our team member who will ensure you get in as quickly as possible.

Ticket Office

Secure the best prices when booking online in advance. We highly recommend pre-booking your tickets ahead of time to enjoy great savings compared to purchasing on the day at the attraction. For your convenience, self-service machines are available in our ticket office for on-site purchases. Please be aware that we now exclusively accept credit/debit card payments, as we are a cashless site.

In addition to Madame Tussauds London tickets, you can conveniently purchase tickets for other fantastic London attractions, including the London Eye, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, the London Dungeon, Shrek’s London Adventure, and Big Bus tours.

Pushchairs or buggies are not permitted within the attraction and will need to be stored within our cloakroom area located near the attraction exit.

For an additional charge, bags and personal belongings can also be left in the cloakroom. Pushchairs, strollers or buggies will be stored free of charge.

Charge per item:

  • Bags £5
  • Coats £2
  • Umbrellas £1

Please note:

  • Cloakroom staff may examine any item before accepting it in the cloakroom and reserve the right to refuse items.
  • All items left in the attractions cloakrooms may be searched in the interests of safety and security.
  • Neither the attraction nor its employees accept any liability for the loss of, or damage to, anything left in the cloakroom.
  • Folding bicycles, adult scooters, and other oversized objects are not accepted in the cloakroom.
  • Due to security reasons we are unable to accept suitcases or large items of hand luggage into the attraction.

We are afraid this is not possible as there is limited amount of space in our cloakroom. We ask that all guests collect their buggies straight after exiting the gift shop.

Due to limited space on the buggy racks, it is not possible to leave your bags in the buggies.
