Madame Tussauds London – Lando Norris Signed LN4 Grandstand Dad Cap Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: Merlin Entertainments, Arbor Building, 16th Floor, 255 Blackfriars Road, London, SE1 9AX. Please do not send correspondence to this address.
2. The Prizes: Three (3) LN4 Grandstand Dad Caps signed by Lando Norris. There will be three winners of one cap each.
3. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Merlin Entertainments and any companies associated with this Prize Draw and their immediate families.
4. Promotion Period: The Prize Draw opens 10:00 GMT on 30 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 19 July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
5. How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
o visit Madame Tussauds London during the Promotion Period;
o scan the QR code displayed within the attraction; and
o complete and submit the online entry form.
6. Entries are limited to one entry per person per day/visit. Participants will be required to provide their visit date and valid ticket or annual pass number as part of entry verification.
7. No purchase necessary beyond a valid admission ticket or annual pass required to access Madame Tussauds London.
8. Only one unique email address will be accepted per person.
9. Winner Selection and Notification: Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries during the week commencing 20 July 2026 using a verifiable computerised random selection process. The winner will be contacted via email and phone using the contact details provided at entry.
10. The winners must claim the prize within 30 days of notification. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners. If the winners cannot be contacted, do not claim the prize within 30 days, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
11. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited.
12. The prize will be posted to a UK address provided by each winner.
13. By accepting the prize, the winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw if requested by the Promoter.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the promotion entry requirements.
15. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with will not be accepted.
16. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups, automated means or duplicate accounts will not be accepted.
17. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or not received due to technical issues or other reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
18. In the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw or these terms and conditions where necessary.
19. In the event the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
20. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. A winner’s list containing the winner’s surname and county will be available for three months following the closing date. To request this information, please contact the Promoter.
22. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
