Our approximately 90 wax figures are spread over 2,000 square metres on three levels and divided into different themed areas. At your company party, you will have the opportunity to stroll among historical figures in wax, famous faces from politics, music, sport and, of course, show business from Austria and around the world. Some interactive stations at our attraction can be used both as a group and individually.
Whether it's a company party, Christmas party, birthday party or private party – we have the perfect event location in Vienna for your event and will be happy to put together a customised package for groups of 40 or more.
At Madame Tussauds, we can offer you a warm buffet or cold finger food along with personalised advice and ensure that your event is a success.
We do not use convenience products. With various training courses and technical innovations, we keep our young and dynamic team up to date with the latest culinary trends.
Course of the event or party

At Madame Tussauds Vienna, you have this unique opportunity to celebrate an unforgettable event surrounded by your favourite stars. Our exclusive event location is ideal for parties, Christmas celebrations, wedding receptions, corporate events, business events and much more.
- 6:30 PM Arrival of party guests, cocktail reception either on the terrace with a magnificent view of the Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel or, in case of bad weather, in the foyer of Madame Tussauds Vienna.
- 7:00 PM Start of tour of Madame Tussauds Vienna
- 8:00 PM Guests arrive in the Hollywood Room (3rd floor, event level), take their seats at gala or standing tables (as desired), followed by the opening of the buffet or start of dinner
- 10:00 PM. Option for live music or DJ
- 12:00 AM End of event

Madame Tussauds Vienna is an ideal location for exclusive evening events for groups of 40 to 250 people. Depending on the size of the group and the occasion, different event packages are available.
Event level: 250 guests finger food, 160 guests dinner
Hollywood room: 150 guests finger food, 100 guests dinner
Terrace with view of the Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel: 250 guests standing reception
