Head to this door if you're using a Merlin Annual Pass, a Merlin Magic Pass or purchased a Priority Entrance ticket.
Head to this door if you purchased your tickets online and have a time slot booked.
Head to this door if you have purchased VIP Stage Door tickets or if you require disabled access
Head to this door to store your pushchair and if you want to leave something in our cloakroom. (Please note pushchairs are not permitted inside the attraction.)
Head to this door if you have a cluster ticket from another Merlin attraction, or if you are in a group of more than 15 people.
