Which Entrance?

To help us get you into the attraction as smoothly as possible, please head to the correct entrance upon arrival*:

Door 1 - Ticket Office

Self Service Kiosks:

  • Collect your online order
  • Purchase tickets using a credit or debit card
  • Use promotional offers, Kellogg’s and National Rail 2 for 1.
  • Print a timeslot for cluster attraction tickets

Tills:

  • Purchase tickets using cash
  • Exchange third party trade client vouchers
  • Scan QR codes for passes such as London Explorer and more

 

Door 2 - Entrance

Standard Entrance:

All guests must have a valid ticket and a designated time slot before entering the attraction. You may print your e-ticket or have it available for scanning on your mobile device and show your valid ticket to a team member upon arrival. Early arrival will not mean early entry.

Fast Track Entrance:

All guests must have a valid ticket and a designated time slot before entering the attraction. Get access through a dedicated FAST TRACK entrance and skip the majority of the queue with the following ticket:

  • Fast Track
  • Premium
  • Priority Combi

Be sure to book your ticket in advance to avoid disappointment!

Buggies and Pushchairs

Pushchairs or buggies are not permitted within the attraction and will need to be stored within our cloakroom facility located at the side of the building next to the Gift Shop Exit. Pushchairs, strollers or buggies will be stored free of charge, however, any other items such as coats or bags will be charged a fee.

FAQs

What if I lose my cloakroom ticket?

When leaving your belongings with us we ask that you take a picture of your ticket in case it is lost during your visit. We will also ask you to write your name and phone number on our copy of the ticket.

Can I leave my buggy and belongings here, while I visit other attractions?

We are afraid this is not possible as there is limited amount of space in our cloakroom. We ask that all guests collect their belongings straight after exiting the gift shop.

Can I leave my bags in my buggy?

Due to limited space on the buggy racks, it is not possible to leave your bags in the buggies.

Can we take food into the attraction?

Yes, you are allowed to take food and soft drinks into the attraction
