Terms and Conditions

  1. The promotion is open to UK residents over the age of 13.
  2. Entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of their parent or adult legal guardian.
  3. The competition closes on Monday 15th July 2024 at 3pm BST (GMT+1).
  4. 10 winners will be selected and will receive two (2) complimentary tickets to the Doctor's figure launch at Madame Tussauds London on 19th July 2024.
  5. Winners will be contacted on Tuesday 16th July 2024 and the prize must be accepted within 24 hours.
  6. Winners must be able to travel into London independently.
  7. Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the day of the event.
  8. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners within 24 hours. If a winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Madame Tussauds London reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
  9. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
  10. Prize is non-transferable; the named winner must be in attendance on 19th July 2024.
  11. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included in the prize.
  12. This promotion is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Merlin Entertainments plc, or any companies associated with Madame Tussauds London or Legendary Licensing, LLC, and all affiliates of such companies (all such individuals and entities referred to collectively, the “Promotion Entities”).
  13. Madame Tussauds London’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. By entering the competition you agree to the use of you name, social media profile, social media handle/pseudonym, likeness, image, and disclosure of country of residence by the Promotion Entities and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Madame Tussauds London relating to any post-winning publicity (including, but not limited to, use on the Promotion Entities’ social media, press assets and Madame Tussauds London website).
  15. Madame Tussauds London reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time.
  16. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  17. Actual odds of winning depend on the number of participants in the promotion.
  18. By participating in the promotion, entrants (and any minor entrant’s parent or legal guardian, if promotion is open to minors) agree that Promotor, the Promotion Entities, and Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok: (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the promotion or any promotion-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize; and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
